Odyssea Watersports hosts thousands of high school seniors each year during senior weeks in beautiful Ocean City Maryland.  In fact we have been here for 12 years offering fun, safe activities that all seniors want to do when they are here.  Through the years we have been involved with many charitable organizations and this year we want to give back to our schools.  Hearing about the budget cuts that the schools are facing, it's the right thing to do, So here it is:  We will give 20% OFF any and all of the above activities to participating seniors and on top of that we will Donate 20% of the gross purchase price back to the PTSA, PSO or booster club to do what you want with, we are not kidding!! this program has many benefits  it allows parents to participate in choosing the activities for their son or daughter at the same time earning lots of money for school activities.  Example if you sell 1 activity package that has a retail value of  $125 the students save $25.00 (they get it for $100.00) and the group will earn $20.00 (20%) of the purchase value, but what if you sold 100 activity packages??

 hosted 14,000 students for senior weeks in 2008.

It is important that each group opens this opportunity to as many Graduating Seniors, their immediate family, and extended family.  The Voucher Cards are a great graduation present.  They offer a lot more control over the activities the students are involved in, and some of these activities can not be done without parental consent.  We offer the forms and the ability for families to be involved in the decisions the Students are making.  We offer a great safety record and a higher standard of doing business as many of come to expect from our Family Business.

The links below will take you to all the forms and paperwork needed to complete the purchase of activity packages.  If a student finds that he or she did not use one of the activities they purchased we will reissue a Voucher Card for that activity that can be used another time, we do this to give our customers some peace of mind.  If it turns out that the student can't do the activity due to weather, timeframe or any other reason, we will reissue a new Voucher Card or try to swap the activity to use later in the year or for the following year.

The Process

All the forms are available online that are necessary to complete the transaction.  Please fill out the Pay Form Download, either use the Excel spreadsheet that will perform all the calculation and allow you to type in the necessary information, or use the PDF file; Pay Form Download Manual and print it out and manually fill in the information.  Please send in a printed copy of  the Pay Form along with a Check or Money Order.  We do have the ability to take a credit card by phone, or in person if you happen to be in Ocean City, at Water Ways Marina, Inc at 54th Street Ocean City, MD, phone #  410-524-0209.  Odyssea Watersports will call or email or both to confirm the number of purchases, Names, and Addresses. We will  issue a Voucher Card, similar to a gift card for each activity.  That card must be presented and match names with a valid ID to be used as payment for the activities.  We will process and confirm activity packages on a weekly basis, and the Voucher Cards will be issued the last week in April.  Fundraising donations will be mailed on the 5th of the following month the Activities Packages are purchased.  
**NOTE**
For any participants that are under the age of 18 at the time of the activity, they will be required to have Parental Consent.  In this case we have provided Liability Release Forms for all the activities in which the Parent or Legal Guardian must sign in the appropriate places and send a copy of their drivers license.  This paperwork must be completed before any minor can participate in these activities, even if they are only to be a passenger, they must have prior consent.  We have tried to make this at easy as possible by providing PDF formats that can be printed from here on the website.  These forms can be printed and saved and must be mailed along with the Pay Form, and a copy of the Parent of Legal Guardian's Drivers License.  The Driver's License # satisfies our Insurance Company and is listed as DL # on the release form, a social security # is not needed.

We plan to have all the packages sold by the end of April, but we are currently leaving it open until the end of May to work as a perfect last minute graduation gift.  The students that the activities are purchased for will receive by mail a plastic card for each activity purchased the last week in April, then weekly through May.  Ex: If you purchase all three activities you will receive  (1) Card for the scooter rental (1) Card for the Jet Ski rental (1) Card for the OC Screamer ride, total of (3) cards,  Just present the particular card to do the activity with a matching valid ID.
